Dependencia al uso del celular en estudiantes universitarios de la ciudad de Morelia

Resumen

La presente investigación de tipo descriptivo, transversal, muestra probabilística
aleatoria simple de 60 estudiantes conto con 0.88 de Alfa de Cronbach en los resultados
preliminares, estos se obtuvieron del “Test de Dependencia al Móvil” Chóliz Villanueva
(2011), se usó la estadística descriptiva. 43.3% de los participantes tienen 20 años,
78.33% son mujeres, 95% son solteros. Existe baja abstinencia, respecto al abuso y
dificultad en controlar el impulso se obtuvo un nivel medio representado por el 50% de
los participantes, un puntaje mínimo en la dimensión III de problemas ocasionados por el
uso excesivo y por último el 25% de los se encuentran en rango medio de tolerancia. Es
necesario continuar indagando la caracterización del uso de móvil en estudiantes
universitarios y fortalecer la investigación con enfoques cualitativos que permitan
ahondar más en las representaciones que tienen los estudiantes respecto al uso del celular.

Abstract

The present descriptive, cross-sectional research, simple random probability
sample of 60 students had 0.88 Cronbach's Alpha in the preliminary results, these were
obtained from the "Mobile Dependency Test" Chóliz Villanueva (2011), descriptive
statistics were used . 43.3% of the participants are 20 years old, 78.33% are women, 95%
are single. There is low abstinence, with respect to abuse and difficulty in controlling
impulse, an average level was obtained, represented by 50% of the participants, a
minimum score in dimension III of problems caused by excessive use and, finally, 25%
of those affected. are in the medium tolerance range. It is necessary to continue
investigating the characterization of mobile use in university students and strengthen
research with qualitative approaches that allow us to delve further into the representations
that students have regarding the use of cell phones.
