ACTITUDES HACIA EL AUTOEMPLEO EN ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS

Resumen

Se evaluó la actitud hacia el autoempleo en estudiantes próximos a culminar sus estudios universitarios. Previamente se elaboró una escala tipo Likert la cual demostró ser válida y confiable. La muestra, elegida de manera no probabilística intencional, quedo constituida por estudiantes universitarios de pregrado de los últimos ciclos de una universidad nacional y de una particular de Lima Metropolitana - Perú. Los resultados evidencian que las actitudes prevalecientes (94.7%) en la muestra de estudio se orientan hacia una alta o muy alta predisposición hacia el autoempleo. Por otro lado, se encontró que los evaluados que refieren tener un negocio propio logran resultados que son estadísticamente diferentes y significativos con relación a los que no lo tienen.

Abstract

The attitudes toward the self to work were analyzed in students of the Faculties of Adminitration of the one National University and one Private University. For such an end was elaborated a Scale of Attitudes the one that psychometrically was evaluated to determine its validity and reliability. Then it was administered students highlights, those that were selected in a non Probabilistic - Intentional way. The results evidenced that 94.7% of the students highlights to have favorable attitudes toward the self to work. On the other hand, they prevail more the propieti bussines favorable attitudes toward self to work in comparison to the not the propieti bussines.
