ESPECIFICACIÓN DE UN MODELO PARA EL ESTUDIO DEL DESARROLLO LOCAL SUSTENTABLE

Resumen

El Desarrollo Local, a menudo definido como resultado del concurso de actores políticos y sociales, así como de sectores públicos y privados, es abordado en el presente trabajo con la finalidad de revisar, asociar, analizar y especificar las relaciones entre las variables que la literatura reporta como determinantes endógenos de una comunidad o municipalidad en materia de recursos y servicios considerados públicos como el agua o la electricidad. Se realizó un estudio no experimental, documental, exploratoria y transversal con una selección no probabilística de fuentes indexadas a repositorios de América Latina como Dianet, Latindex, Redalyc y Scielo. El modelo propuesto incluyó cuatro factores determinantes; cognitivos, políticos, culturales y ambientales, pero el tipo de estudio, el tipo de muestreo y el tipo de análisis limitaron la propuesta al escenario de investigación, sugiriendo la inclusión de factores económicos y tecnológicos que especificarían aún más el planteamiento.

Abstract

Local Development, often defined as a result of the participation of political and social actors, as well as public and private sectors, is addressed in the present work with the purpose of reviewing, associating, analyzing and specifying the relationships between the variables that the literature reports as endogenous determinants of a community or municipality in terms of resources and services considered public, such as water or electricity. A non-experimental, documentary, exploratory and cross- sectional study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of sources indexed to repositories in Latin America such as Dianet, Latindex, Redalyc and Scielo. The proposed model included four determining factors; cognitive, political, cultural and environmental, but the type of study, the type of sampling and the type of analysis limited the proposal to the research scenario, suggesting the inclusion of economic and technological factors that would further specify the approach.
