"INCURSIONES PSICOSOCIALES EN LA COMUNIDAD AYOREA DEGÜI DE LA CIUDAD DE SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIA"

Resumen

Como parte de un Proyecto sobre la promoción de la Salud Mental y el Desarrollo integral de la Comunidad Ayorea Degüi, se realizó un diagnóstico participativo con niños, adolescentes, mujeres adultas y adultos mayores para conocer las carencias, las potencialidades y el estado de satisfacción de necesidades fundamentales mencionadas por Max Neef y colaboradores en la Teoría del Desarrollo a Escala Humana. En este proceso se adaptaron herramientas de otras disciplinas que permitieron el acercamiento a la comunidad y el análisis de las características de las instituciones. Se identificaron personas y organizaciones que obstaculizan dicho desarrollo para motivarlos a conformar una Red facilitadora del desarrollo integral y del ejercicio de derechos como comunidad originaria en ciudad. Se establecieron formas propias de satisfacer necesidades orientadas por la tradición y la resistencia al dominio blancoide que dificultan el desarrollo de la autonomía plena y el relacionamiento interinstitucional e inter-comunitario postergando su integración.

Abstract

As part of a project on the promotion of mental health and overall development of the Ayoreo Community Degui, a participative diagnosis was made with children, adolescents, adult women and older adults, to know the shortcomings, the potential and the level Satisfaction of Basic Needs mentioned by Max Neef and his collaborators in the Theory of Human Scale Development. In this process, tools from other disciplines were adapted to
allow the community outreach, and the analysis of the characteristics of the institutions. People and institutions that hinder this development were identified, in order to encourage them to form a network to facilitate their development and exercise of rights as an original community in the city. Forms of self satisfaction were established, oriented by tradition and the resistance to the white man that, possibly, hamper the development of the full autonomy and the inter-agency and inter-community relations.
