LA COGESTIÓN COMO DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURIDAD PARA EL DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE LOCAL

Resumen

El objetivo del presente estudio es especificar un modelo para el estudio de la cogestión del desarrollo local sustentable. Se realizó un trabajo documental con una selección muestral de fuentes indexadas a repositorios líderes de América Latina, considerando el periodo de publicación de 2010 a 2017. A partir de la teoría de la cogestión del desarrollo, la información fue procesada con la técnica Delphi, comparando e integrando conceptos tales como “desarrollo”, “propaganda”, “seguridad” y “corresponsabilidad”. El modelo especificado incluyó seis ejes que van del dispositivo de seguridad a la corresponsabilidad a través de la propaganda de desarrollo. Se advierten líneas de investigación concernientes a la coparticipación entre los actores políticos y sociales

Abstract

The objective of this study is to specify a model for the study of co-management of sustainable local development. A documentary work was carried out with a sample selection of sources indexed to leading repositories of Latin America, considering the period of publication from 2010 to 2017. From the theory of co-management of development, the information was processed with the Delphi technique, coimparando and integrating concepts such as "development", "propaganda", "security" and "co- responsibility". The specified model included six axes that go from the security device to co-responsibility through development propaganda. There are lines of research concerning the co-participation between the political and social actors.
